Here's an office gent who has popped out for lunch and stopped to get a shoe-shine outside Bill Amberg's shop in Burlington Arcade this lunchtime. The gent reads the paper, his friend/colleague watches on and the shoe shiner scrubs up his Church's lace-ups just so. A forgotten service perhaps?
